Doug Lindsey teams with his sons, Justin Lindsey and Collin Lindsey. Their practice focuses on providing customized financial advice and services to individuals and businesses.  In the past, Doug has been the Resident Manager of the Portland office of Smith Barney, a major investment banking and stock brokerage firm.  He is an Oregon native, graduating from the University of Oregon in 1969 (B.S., Finance).  He is a past Chairman of the Pacific Northwest District of the Securities Industry Association.  He is also the former President of the Investment Securities Dealers of Oregon and Past President of the Oregon Council on Economic Education.  He has been in the securities industry since 1969.

Doug and his wife, Kathy, have four grown sons and live in Lake Oswego.  Kathy has been a teacher for more than twenty-five years.  In their free time, they enjoy Church activities, travelling, boating, and biking.

Justin Lindsey and his father, Doug Lindsey, and brother, Collin Lindsey, joined Steward Partners Investment Solutions (formerly Umpqua Investments, Inc.) in 2009 along with their Registered Assistant Melissa Kiser. Prior to joining the firm Justin worked as a Financial Advisor at Smith Barney for 10 years. Between them, Justin, Doug, and Collin have over 91 years experience as financial advisors.

The Lindseys have built their business with one goal in mind: to provide their clients with advice they can trust as they attempt to achieve their financial goals. This approach has enabled them to build long-lasting relationships with clients and their families.

In 2018, Justin earned the Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor^SM designation.

Born and raised in Oregon, Justin graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Business and Public Administration, with an emphasis on Finance. In addition to his work as a financial advisor, Justin served as the head coach of the Lakeridge High School Swim Team from 2000 to 2009. Justin remains active in the Lake Oswego youth sports community, having served as Treasurer for the Lakeridge Youth Football League, and has coached his children in football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and baseball.

Justin and his wife Robin live with their two children in Lake Oswego. In addition to the joys of parenthood, Justin and Robin enjoy travelling together, biking, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Collin Lindsey joined Steward Partners Investment Solutions (formerly Umpqua Investments) Medford office in 2009 after having run a family-owned business for several years. Collin gives the Lindsey Group personal coverage for clients residing in Southern Oregon. His business experience allows him to provide unique perspective to both business owners and individuals as they manage their day-to-day income needs and long-term financial goals.

Born and raised in Oregon, Collin graduated with a B.S. in Commerce, with an emphasis in Marketing, from Santa Clara University. Collin and his wife Beth live with their two daughters in Lake Oswego. In addition to spending time with their daughters, Collin and Beth like to spend their free time enjoying the activities the Pacific Northwest affords, including scuba diving, water skiing, and attending local plays and concerts.

Melissa joined Steward Partners Investment Solutions (formerly Umpqua Investments) in 2009 along with Doug and Justin Lindsey. Prior to joining the firm, Melissa served as a Registered Associate at Smith Barney for over ten years. Melissa has worked in Investments and Banking since 1991.

Melissa provides sales, administrative, and client relationship support for the Lindsey Group and has been registered since 1998.

Melissa grew up in Red Bluff, California and moved to Portland in 1996 after graduating from Simpson University with a BA in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Melissa and her husband live with their two sons in Northwest Portland. They enjoy music, traveling, literature, and spending time outdoors.
